While President Leslie was out of town our past President Joe Musser stepped in for our meeting on April 25th.  In his Hawaiian shirt and shorts he presided over the evening.

We had a nice surprise from the newly weds to be Dave Zybert and Claire Collins. Found on our tables was white and red wine and for desert a chocolate cake.  This was a pre-celebration for their wedding Saturday in California.  Claire let us know this was the last time we would see her as a single women.

Our speaker for the evening was Jennifer Olsen, Victim Advocate from the Sparks Police Department.  What a shame that most of the victims are from domestic violence.  It was nice to know there is help out there.  Jennifer left us pamphlets with contact numbers and more information on protection.

Scott Maylath told us we have 7 RYLA students going to camp this summer. Five from our Club and two from Centennial Sunrise.  Past President Chip Lindloff let us know the area music contest will not be held at the Tamarack next week but at the business Steinway Gallery on Moana.  Chip will be sending out requests for RSVP's for a box lunch.  We will be seeing the best compete with the winner performing at District Conference.
Not Rick Lierman again.  Red marble, red marble where are you?
Would you look at this happy face.  Courtney Pino had a lot to smile about.  Our Purple Pinkie Run and Walk was a huge success.  Everyone are predicting an even bigger event next year.  If you haven't already done so be sure to let Courtney know what a great job she did.
