Our new Past President, Scott Maylath, finished his year with a flourish.
President Ken and his wife, Becky, graciously opened their home to the club for the evening of June 25 (and even arranged for great weather!). Salutes and a little song* and dance kept everyone laughing. Scott recognized the RCS Board members who, along with the club, earned five Awards of Excellence for 2018-2019. Scott gave special mention to Carol Hannigan who has given so much time to planning events, publishing the newsletter, and reaching out to our families in times of trouble or life changes. Ann McKenzie, club treasurer, also received special mention for her work on the club’s finances. Scott handed out gifts of stemless wine glasses and pint glasses to say “Thank you”. Great job, Scott!
