Rotary Youth Exchange inbound students are getting ready to come to the U.S. and we are looking for host families. These kids are amazing and probably some of the most courageous people you will ever meet. They leave their homes, family, friends, school and community and come to the U.S. to learn about our culture.
Rotary Youth Exchange inbound students are getting ready to come to the U.S. and we are looking for host families. These kids are amazing and probably some of the most courageous people you will ever meet. They leave their homes, family, friends, school and community and come to the U.S. to learn about our culture. One of the things we often hear them say when asked what surprised you about the U.S.? Invariably they tell us, "You Americans are so nice!" And our outbound students to other countries serve as ambassadors for the U.S.

But now is the time we are looking for host families for our kids. If you have ever thought of hosting an exchange student for 3 - 4 months or are curious about the program, please contact us. It is an experience of a lifetime and you will know these kids for the rest of your lives. Imagine traveling to another country and because you know someone there, you have a place to stay and friends to share your trip and memories with.

We are looking for host families for 7 students in the Truckee Meadows - 1 boy from Argentine, 1 girl from Italy, 1 girl from Thailand, 1 girl from Japan, 2 girls from Brazil and 1 girl from France. We are very much in need for 1st host families for the girl from Italy, 2 girls from Brazil, 1 girl from Japan, and 1 girl from Thailand. All of the kids need 2nd or 3rd families.

You can see by this request that three host families will be selected or each of our students with the hosting lasting from 3 - 4 months.

If you are interested, please contact Chesa5190@gmail.com and we will help you with the process.
