MEMBERSHIP MONTH

Past President Mark Schauss brought Elijah Thomas to begin his process of learning about Rotary. Elijah works in management for USDR Investment Group. Past President Chip Lindloff submitted a membership application to the Membership Committee. Leslie Righetti is a teacher at Bishop Manogue. Member Mark Leiser is still working with Rich and Katie Berman. Thank you Members in growing our Club. Also Hilary Schauss will be rejoining.

Our speaker was Kandyce Ray, Volunteer Recruitment Specialist, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada. Her boyfriend is Pedro Esparza, President of the Midtown Club.

Well this Procational speaker was having too much fun. After being in the car business for over 45 years if you didn't laugh you would surely cry. Thanks to Rotary I have met so many wonderful people.

A little update from Isabella Domingues, our Club and District Scholarship winner from last year. She attend summer school at UNR with 4.0 in all classes. Isabella was visiting family in San Jose and attended a Rotary meeting, then a project that the Rotary Club of San Jose built. It is a park for special needs children. It is named The Rotary Play Garden. I am glad Bells is still participating in Rotary. I could not get the park pictures to upload. If you would like me to send them to you let me know

So who is this spunky guy? Some times the white marble really pleases.
