2009 International Project. Santiago, Chile |

Reno Centennial Sunset club wrote a VSG and Matching Grant to Chile. Low income students as well as orphans were taken for 2 weeks on a trek outdoors with Rotarians as mentors to challenge them physically and academically in order to lead them in ways to improve their lives through education.

2006 International Project. Monterrey, Mexico |
|
Snapshots of our first International Project. Seven members and one spouse traveled to Monterrey, MX for four days and worked to improve the living conditions of an oprhanage. We combined the funds of our club and the host club in Monterrey.We applied for and received received a District Matching Grant and TRF Grant. Those funds totaled approximately $13,500.00.
We were able to completely furnish 2 dorms capable of housing 8 kids each. |
